Shipping Information

Delivery

GPA will endevour to get your products to you as soon as possible. For UK deliveries please allow up to 5 working days. For European and Worldwide deliveries please allow up to 14 days. Your products will be carefully packaged before being dispatched to you. Please inspect the package and contents immediately and where possible inform the courier and ourselves (orders@gpastyling.co.uk).

If you have not received your products within this timeframe please email us at orders@gpastyling.co.uk with your order number and we will do all we can to rectify the situation. Similarly if your products don't arrive at all please email us at orders@gpastyling.co.uk with your order number.

Delivery

We use Initial City Link and Royal Mail for deliveries within the UK. We use Royal Mail to Europe and Rest of the World.

Please note it is our policy to only deliver items to the same address as the billing address. This is a necessary fraud prevention strategy. If the delivery address does not match the credit card holder's address items will not be dispatched. However, if you're a regular customer, we may consider delivering items to an alternative address.

Delivery Charges

£FREE – United Kingdom

£15 – Europe

£20 – Rest of the World

City Link

You have one attempted deliveries with city link to your billing address. City Link will attempt to deliver your order between 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday.

If the first delivery is missed, City Link will post a card through your door giving you further instructions. You will be able to re-arrange another delivery ONLY to the same address within 5 days of the first attempted delivery.

City Link will not leave your parcel with a neighbour unless you specify this on the second delivery attempt.

Please note that we can not send the parcel to a different address after the parcel is dispatched.

Royal Mail

All of our Royal Mail items are sent via Royal Mails Special Delivery Service. Royal Mail will attempt to deliver the parcel to you between 08:00 – 13:00 Monday – Friday.

If the delivery is missed, Royal Mail will post a card through your door and give you further instructions on which local Sorting office to pick your parcel up from. In nearly every case it is the one closest to your house.

Europe

We aim to deliver your parcel within 4-8 working days from receipt of your order. If we need to query any aspect of your order we will send you an e-mail within 24 hours of you making the order to warn you about this as this may add some extra days on the delivery time.

USA

We aim to deliver your parcel within 7-10 working days from receipt of your order. If we need to query any aspect of your order we will send you an e-mail within 24 hours of you making the order to warn you about this as this may add some extra days on the delivery time
