Returns & Exchanges

gpastyling.co.uk offers a hassle free returns policy. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) that you have purchased you may return them to gpastyling.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund* or exchange** the item(s), provided that the item(s) are returned in their original condition***. Please note the original postage charge will not be refunded.

Please make sure a note is included with your name and order number. You can find your corresponding order number by logging into your account. Alternatively you can print off the e-mail confirmation when you made the order. Please note that there will be delays on refunds where no information is included in the parcel.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item(s) to gpastyling.co.uk. This includes any customs or import duties levied on the returned item(s) (only applies to non European Union countries).

For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package using a signed for delivery service (Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery) as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the post. We will only refund the item, once we have physically received the package. Please ensure that you wrap the package securely.

Please allow 3 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. The refund may not show on your statement for a further 3-7 working days. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.

* The original postage charge will not be refunded

** If you wish to exchange an item for an item of higher value, any difference in price must be paid, prior to the new item being dispatched. If you wish to exchange an item for a lower priced item, we will refund the difference in price between the two. Full postal charges are applicable to any exchange.

*** The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights
